The Information We Collect
When you register with us, we require that you provide us with your contact information and some demographic information about who you are, how we can contact you, and your company specific information. In addition to the information that we collect directly from you, we also monitor and track general usage of our site. Your contact information will not be included in any website usage report.
How We Use the Information
We may use your contact information to deliver content to you, to correspond with you about the training you have requested, or to notify you of changes to our service. We do not share your contact information with outside vendors or our strategic partners. We will not relinquish your personal information to any other entity, unless we are compelled to surrender this data to United States or other legal authorities when presented with a court subpoena or similar legal order.
About Providing 360° Feedback
If you have been selected to provide feedback in a 360° assessment process, your individual input will be anonymous and will be available to the participant and his/her manager in a group format only. The only exception to this is if you are the manager of the individual being assessed. Your participation as a feedback provider is voluntary. Should you choose not to provide feedback, the participant will not be notified of your decision not to participate.
Changing Your Personal Information
You can change your personal information at any time by clicking on "Account Info", located at the top right corner of your Assessment Center page.
Our Commitment to Security
We recognize that you may have concerns about security, and we are committed to maintaining a secure Web site. Your online credit card transactions and registration information will be secure, provided that your browser supports secure transactions and you are not behind a firewall that prohibits secure transactions. If you are not able to engage in secure transactions, or are concerned about the security of your transaction, please contact Edge Training Systems Customer Service, and they will assist you in completing a secure purchase over the phone.
When you visit the Edge Training Systems website, our server will occasionally send your computer a small file called a "cookie." When you return to Edge Training Systems, the cookie is read and we can "remember" relevant information about you. For example, a cookie will remember your login information or at what point in an assessment you stopped at. If you are working off of a shared computer at work, in a library, or at school, then any subsequent user of this machine would be able to access your assessments. You can erase your saved login information at any time by choosing the "log out" option from your workspace.

Safe Online Shopping Policy
Because your credit card security is a high priority, we have taken numerous steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially, accurately and securely.
