How do I change my Registration/Account
Information?
- Click on the 'Account Info' navigational
link at the top right hand corner of the screen. You will be able
to change both your personal and company specific information
from this page. Click on the 'Edit' button to change information
associated with that category.
How do I change my User ID/Password? back

- Click on the 'Account Info' navigational
link at the top right hand corner of the screen. Select the 'Change
your Password/User ID' link (a new window will open). If you
are just changing your User ID (email address), then leave the
password fields blank, and simply edit your email address in the
field provided. If you forget your password, select the 'Forgot
your password' link found at the Edge login page (http://www.edgetraining.com/assessment/)
Where do I go to complete
an assessment?
If you are visiting the site for the first time, you can select
an assessment option from two different areas.
From the 'Quick Start' menu found on the right hand side
of your Assessment Center Homepage screen (click on the available
assessment options).
OR
Select the 'Assigned Assessments' navigational option,
and then select the assessment you would like to complete. The
assessment link should take you directly to the assessment.
How soon after I complete the assessment will
I receive my results? back

If you are the participant, your results
are returned after your feedback providers have completed the assessment
of you. Your results may be returned directly to your manager or
the Human Resources department of your company.
I want to visit the Development
Center - Where do I go?
Click on the 'Development Center'
navigational link from your Assessment Center Homepage. From the
Development Center you will be able to view the specific competencies
associated with your assessment, access development articles, and
sign-up for additional e-Learning courses through SkillSoft (Leadership,
Teams, or Finance course bundle is available).
How do I merge accounts or fix a message that
says my email already exists? back

:
you are adding an assessment but are also rating another person.
OR
you have taken an assessment from us in the past.
If the scenarios above don't apply to you and you have two emails
or existing accounts with us, contact us to merge them for you.
I'm stuck on the same assessment page and can't move forward
Clear your browser cookies and refresh your assessment page. Continue with the assessment as normal.
Deleting Cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer
1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2.
On the General tab, click the Settings button, and then click the View files button.
3.
In the window (to your hard disk drive) that opens, find the cookie you want to delete.
4.
Click to select the cookie you want to delete.
If you want to delete more than one cookie, press CTRL as you click each cookie that you want to delete (this lets you select a group of cookies). If you want to delete all the existing cookies, press CTRL+A to select them all.
5.
Press the Delete key.
6.
When you are finished, click OK twice.
Deleting Cookies for FireFox
1. Open the Tasks menu, choose Privacy & Security, and then choose
Cookie Manager.
2. Choose View Stored Cookies from the submenu. The Cookie Manager
window opens with a list of all the cookies stored on your computer.
3.Select one or more cookies and click Remove Cookie, or click Remove
All Cookies.
